Assistant Central Parts Advisor
Salary: £29,484 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

To support our Group Central Parts Controller, we are looking for a Assistant Central Parts Controller based at HQ in Bognor Regis
to source and purchase Green Parts, Backordered Parts and obsolete / No Longer available parts for vehicle repairs at our 33 sites
Nationwide.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
* Carry out part searches with our trusted Green Parts Suppliers and through internet searches to source parts from various
suppliers so that our sites can carry out repairs within our turnaround policy.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Collaborate with senior team members to learn about product offerings and industry trends.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
What are we looking for?
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of vehicle parts
* Ability to use computer systems and software
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Previous parts experience would be advantageous but full training will be given to the successful applicant
