Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students. Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning challenges, including those outlined in Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment to promote student well-being. Collaborate with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive holistic support. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to all stakeholders. Use creative approaches to inspire and motivate students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching students with special educational needs is highly desirable. A strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
