Regional Sales Representative (1099 Role) Summary: The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, growing and expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the EU (Europe). In this role you will be responsible for selling our products and services to our customers. The Regional Sales Representative generates leads, builds relationships with prospective customers, negotiates sales terms, and closes deals. Additionally, the Regional Sales Representative also provides product information, handles customer inquiries, and collaborates with other team members to meet sales targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the arcade industry, with a focus on both complete family entertainment center solutions and individual parts for coin-operated equipment, particularly arcade games. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of arcade solutions and parts. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our arcade products, services, and parts. Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to arcade equipment and parts in a timely manner. Order entry of assigned accounts Account management activities, including daily use of a CRM (SF), growing relationships throughout the large account’s organization, and support/coordinate all engagements between our internal team members and theirs. Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field experience. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the family entertainment industry. Strong knowledge of arcade games, family entertainment industry and related services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Must be based out of United Kingdom or close proximity, with the flexibility to travel as needed. Compensation and Benefits: Casual work environment. Competitive pay.
