Do you have experience with Purchase ledger invoicing and Payroll?
I am looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis in Witham.
You must be able to drive for the location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coding and processing invoices
2. Payment runs
3. Reconciliation
4. CIS and payments
5. Processing expenses
6. Processing a small monthly payroll - end to end
7. Assist with weekly payroll on an ad-hoc basis
8. Dealing with supplier and payroll queries
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience with purchase ledger is a must
2. Previous experience with processing payroll is a must
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Intermediate Excel skills
5. Able to work independently or collaboratively as required
6. Timekeeping skills
7. Be organized
