Job Title: Digital Account Director – B2B Agency
Location: London (Hybrid Working 2 days in office per week)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience plus bonus, wellbeing allowance, training opportunities, generous family policies and more.

We’re assisting a multi award winning integrated PR & Marketing agency with the hiring of a Digital Account Director. The role has arisen due to growth, and they are looking for a digital specialist to join their growing team in a client facing role. This progressive agency works with exciting household name B2B brands in sectors including tech, fintech, cyber and mobile. They’ve won a plethora of industry awards including ‘Agency of the Year’, ‘Tech Agency of the Year’, ‘Training and Development Award Winner’ and ‘Mental Health Champion of the Year Winner’. The Digital Account Director will be joining a very collaborative agency, with opportunities for further growth and progression within the growing team.
About the Digital Account Director
The Digital Account Director will be a key member of the marketing services team, collaborating with wider PR teams.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Account Director:
1. Oversee strategic direction of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
2. Work with the Director to continue to grow the agency’s digital marketing service offering.
3. Manage two more junior team members, providing leadership and coaching.
4. Act as the client lead on key accounts, managing relationships and developing growth.
5. Lead on proposals and presentations.
About You, Digital Account Director
This position would suit someone from an agency background and B2B client experience (ideally B2B tech). You’ll also need multi-channel digital marketing knowledge. You’ll have strong client services skills and good commercial awareness. You’ll also have a real interest in the technology sector.
