We're are looking for Customer Assurance Assistant to join our Customer Experience Team In this key role, you'll be contributing towards a positive customer experience, through the monitoring and accurately recording customer feedback, and other customer contact, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring every interaction contributes to an exceptional customer journey. Has strong IT skills including navigating and maintaining various computerised systems, including spreadsheets and databases. Excels as a first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Is organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative. In addition, the successful candidate will also carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the day to day functionality of the wider Customer Experience team, including the maintenance and security of information, you will provide accurate statistical information for inclusion in management and committee reporting, whilst carrying out any other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the post.
