What the school offers its staff
The Forest School is a highly successful, friendly and dynamic 11-16 School, committed to achieving high standards and to developing the potential of all our students and staff. It is an exciting time in the history of the school as from September 2021 the school had its first co-educational intake and now has over 200 girls. Summer 2024 has seen our best Mathematics results for a number of years with 80% of our students achieving a grade 4 or above and 30% achieving a grade 7 or above. A key department in the school, the Mathematics department is central to the school’s vision of success. This is evident in the recent refurbishment of 7 classrooms roomsas well as further redevelopment throughout the school. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional practitioner to join our highly successful Mathematics team.
