About the Role: The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:
* Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets.
* Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines.
* Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals.
* Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth.
* Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English.
* Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets.
* Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations.
* Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors.
* Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
