Ideal profile:
1. 2+ years of Customer Success experience within a complex SaaS product (AI or Data would be beneficial).
2. A demonstrable background of delighting customers with the stats/figures to back this up.
3. The experience and confidence to host both online and offline meetings with clients (reviews, training, insights, etc).
4. Experience in managing multi-level stakeholders internally and externally.
5. Some commercial exposure with the ability to champion renewal conversations.
You’ll work with multiple business units to truly understand customer objectives, ensuring a roadmap is in place to drive customer success. You will act as a key feedback loop for all departments to define “what good looks like” for existing and new businesses. This focus will fuel the business’s growth with the ideal customer profile.
Due to the scale-up nature of the business, you’ll need to be a quick learner with the ultimate goal of becoming a product expert. You’ll help to drive adoption within your accounts whilst acting as the voice of the customer across multiple internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Product, etc). Delivering all of the above, you’ll then be primed to support renewal conversations with Account Managers.
