Your new role could be with Dstl. As our rural estates manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and delivering the Rural Estates tasks across the Dstl Estate, utilising in-house and external expertise.
You will maintain and manage the Rural Estate in line with Dstl’s strategy, managing Rural Contractors in accordance with the requirements. You will work with the Ecological Officer, Rural Team, and contractors to balance the conservation and preservation of these, the maintenance of the rural estate, and the delivery of Science and Technology on our Range.
You will bring:
* A working knowledge of relevant legislation as you ensure all aspects of Health & Safety and Risk Management are adhered to.
* Leadership skills as well as the ability to work in a team.
