As a Beauty Concierge Make Up Artist & Client Consultant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary service our customers expect from Selfridges. Customer service is at the heart of what you do. You will be fully knowledgeable of everything about the store including the latest events and services that only Selfridges can offer.
As a Beauty Concierge Make Up Artist & Client Consultant you will:
* Advise and recommend customers on Beauty products tailored to their specific needs, carrying out makeup looks and demonstrations where necessary.
* Create extraordinary experiences by identifying and connecting with potential clients shopping in your department.
* Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing stock, cashing up, and ensuring accurate data capture at POS.
* Build a client base within your division and nurture long-term relationships through proactive client development.
* Elevate customer experiences by providing a seamless connection to the rest of the store, including our Brand Partners.
* Manage customer feedback to continually improve service, sales, and retail standards.
* Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
* Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures while preventing stock loss.
