Why This Role Matters We are looking for a talented midweight graphic designer to join our high-performing, business-getting team, where your design skills will help shape high-profile pitches and projects for our most important clients. Working closely with our Design Director and a collaborative team of Proposal Writers, you’ll create visually stunning, bespoke pitch documents and innovative digital presentations that showcase sophistication and creativity while pushing creative boundaries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Success in this role requires a blend of creative energy, adaptability under pressure, and a strong team spirit. Proven experience in or an understanding of the Luxury industry—particularly in fashion and/or the arts—is essential, as is a commitment to precision and excellence. Your strong typographic skills and attention to detail will be key to delivering the high-end, polished designs our clients expect. How You'll Make an Impact Design High-End Proposals: Design printed documents, digital presentations, and other pitch materials that showcase creativity and adhere to brand guidelines. Manage Production Seamlessly: Liaise with external printers, manage internal processes, and oversee production to ensure high-quality outputs delivered on time. Innovate: Stay updated with industry trends, explore new printing materials and formats, and develop cutting-edge digital formats in collaboration with the team. Your efforts will directly enhance the team’s ability to secure business and deliver results that exceed client expectations. What you’ll bring to the team A Graphic Design qualification and 3 years’ experience in print and digital design, with proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator). A passion for typography and print design, coupled with experience in creating sophisticated, high-end, large-format designs. Strong art working skills and confidence in managing external printers to ensure seamless production. Adaptability and agility to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities. A collaborative, team-player attitude with accountability, a positive mindset, and an ability to work effectively with senior staff and executives. Bonus skills include presenting directly to clients, expertise in PowerPoint or Publisher, and a commitment to driving innovation through digital design.
