Job Description:
A brilliant opportunity has become available to join our Student Admissions Team as an Admissions and Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality customer service and administration duties as part of the admissions process for a range of our courses.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who is committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service to our prospective students. The role will involve liaising with customers and providing information, advice, and guidance on our courses. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with a wide range of customer queries and working with a range of stakeholders including managers, staff, students, and external organisations.
Minimum Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in functional skills (literacy and numeracy)
* Hold or be working towards an IT qualification at least Level 2 or equivalent experience.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area or significant relevant experience
* Demonstrate a positive approach to personal development and evidence of continuous updating of skills and knowledge
