RVT Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to join our business. You’ll manage the operational aspects of the project from technical site surveys through to installs and testing and commissioning. Delivering project performance and monitoring achievement of QCDPs. This is a multi-disciplined role delivering site-based projects primarily for our General Ventilation and LEV product groups at a range of engagement levels. You will also be expected to learn our Water Treatment and Environmental Monitoring product range. We're a specialist hire company with a unique consultative approach. Responsibilities Deliver, lead and coordinate site-based customer projects at a range of engagement levels. Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively across multiple projects. Deliver project performance, monitoring achievement of QCDP KPIs. Facilitate project meetings and maintain productive relationships among team members and stakeholders. Supervise project teams, manage and lead the site install team. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success. Support sales processes and site surveys as required. Ensure that site risks are identified and mitigated, and that regulatory and customer requirements are adhered to. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies throughout project execution. This role will require extensive travel around the UK. Company vehicle provided. Requirements 3 years of construction/site experience. (E) 2 years of project management experience. (E) CSCS/ECS card. (E) Electrical and/or mechanical-related NVQ Level 3. (E) Good knowledge of LEVHVAC Systems. (E) Water Treatment Experience (Lamella, Chemical Dosing, Water Monitoring, etc.). (D) Knowledge of LEV systems. (D) Health & Safety certification, e.g., IOSH/SSSTS. (E) Project Management qualification–Prince2/APM. (D) Review Risk Assessments. (E) Basic understanding of occupational health hazards. (D) Water Hygiene Card.
