The Role
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Specialist to join our team, based at our office in Prestbury, Cheshire. You will be responsible for the sale of high quality, tailor-made resort villa holidays, ensuring all client needs are met, profit margins are maintained, and supporting admin/documentation is completed.
In addition you will be expected to:
* Provide a high level of customer service
* Manage relationships with clients to create loyalty and repeat business
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of products to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
* Book a range of sporting activities, tours, transfers and other additional services/ad-hoc requests
* Ensure all booking details are correctly updated in our back-office system (Dolphin), and supporting admin tasks are completed to a high standard
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within luxury travel and have a good knowledge of European luxury resorts, Maldives, Mauritius & Dubai. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, is resilient, reliable, and proactive.
* Previous experience in selling luxury travel is essential
* Experience in executing luxury tailor-made travel itineraries and preparing quotes
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and know-how to handle the most demanding of clients
* A good level of commercial understanding
* Must be computer literate and able to adopt and work with different systems (knowledge of Dolphin is desirable)
