Job Description
My client, a growing Bid Consultancy are currently seeking a Bid Manager to join their team in their Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds or Sheffield office working on a hybrid basis and working to a salary range between £45k and £55k, you will be required to work between home, the office and clients sites.
About the role
Working with a variety of different clients but mainly in the construction sector, you will be responsible for coordinating the bid programme activities and outputs, leading bid governance, coordinating commercial and pricing strategy, managing a team consisting of a bid writer and bid coordinators, work closely with SME’s to develop appropriate bid outputs, lead and support market analysis for clients, deliver completed written proposal responses, review written material and lead solution development workshops. You will also be required to undertake ad-hoc research and bid writing activities. For the right individual, other duties could include supporting with new business development, assisting in pitch preparation and representing the business as a senior level.
About you
The successful candidate will have 3+ years bidding experience, and will have worked within, Construction, Utilities or Surveying consultancy work or other relevant sectors. You must be confident working in a fast paced environment that is not too corporate but relaxe...
