We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our busy operations department.

Main Responsibilities
To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time
* Answer drivers call queries
* Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & e mail
* Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
* Internal processes to support the function
* POD processing
* Returns and fails processing
* Rescheduling of failed deliveries
What experience and skills are we looking for?
Desirable
* Experience with a similar role within logistics
Essential
* Prior admin experience
Qualifications?
* At least 5 GCSE's
Key Competencies
* Good communication skills essential -both verbal and written Computer literate - Use of MS Office Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
* Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
* To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges
* To have empathy when speaking with patients
