About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Social Seller to join our team. This is a commission-based role with an initial 3-month induction period that includes a baseline rate while you ramp up. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert leads into booked sales calls and, if qualified, to host sales calls directly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about personal development, growth, energetically aligned sales, and excels at building relationships through social media and direct messaging.
Candidates must be strong in time management, project management and social selling skills to apply to the online space in order to increase awareness of key offers, drive nurture and engagement campaigns to warm audiences, and to filter all leads to Louisa/ Sales Lead. This entry-level position has the opportunity for growth in sales and marketing within our fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Community Growth & Outreach:
* Engage with potential clients and community members (leads) through social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), direct messages, and other online platforms to build relationships and identify qualified leads.
* Guide warm community members (leads) and generate new members (leads) into all conversion events.
* Guide warm community members (leads) and generate new leads into Facebook community.
* Support list building objectives organically to meet monthly goals.
* Lead on social messaging with prospective clients for high dollar programs and packages.
* Appointment Setting: Book sales calls for Louisa/Sales team by nurturing prospective clients and effectively communicating the value of our programs.
* Sales Calls: Once fully trained conduct sales calls with prospective clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and closing energetically aligned sales.
* Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with community members (leads) to ensure a smooth customer journey and increase conversion rates.
* Nurture relationships inside private Facebook groups to keep engaged and participating.
* Assisting with nurturing and sales with all launches and other conversion events.
* Pipeline & CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline updates in our CRM system.
* Building a database of community members (leads) and regularly following up and nurturing, directing leads into conversion events and scheduling consultations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Louisa/sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
* Following set metrics based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities reporting and recapping progress to Louisa/ Sales lead daily.
Metrics/Success Measured By:
* List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month.
* Weekly social messaging + lead generation metrics met.
* Consultations scheduled for Louisa/self metrics met.

* Confident in building relationships and handling objections with professionalism.
* Comfortable using social media platforms for lead generation and sales.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
