Blair West is partnering with a scaling SaaS business that operates in the Construction and Infrastructure sectors. The business has established itself in those markets and has won 20+ significant high-profile customers to date. From platform, there is a significant opportunity to scale the business and bring in additional external investment.
The opportunity:
* To lead the next phase of sales growth in the business in a newly created board role.
* To define, own and execute a new commercial strategy for the business, leading an existing team of sales and marketing professionals.
* To operate as part of a leadership team committed to scaling the business.
* To embed scalable systems and processes that will position the commercial team and wider business for longer term success.
* To be an active, customer facing ambassador for the business in market and leverage existing relationships and professional network to identify new business opportunities.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
1. Experience of defining, owning and delivering a sales or broader commercial strategy for a scaling SaaS business.
2. An understanding of the Construction and/or Infrastructure sectors.
3. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to shape and develop a sales and marketing team.
