Nurse Manager (Pagination Products) Location: Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds/Southport/Hybrid Salary: up to 45k DOE The successful candidate will assist the HoD in managing and leading the day to day running of the clinical nurse pagination teams to ensure timely provision of high-quality pagination products to all customers. To also identify and deliver training through the department and assist with quality recruitment into the teams as and when necessary. Main Responsibilities for the role: To assist in managing and leading the Senior Nurses and their respective pagination teams’performance against Key Performance Indicators and product delivery Service Level Agreement’s. Management of the Senior Nurses and their respective pagination teams by use of relevant management information (MI), including reviewing, analysing and reporting as and when necessary on performance, (weekly and ad hoc), to the HoD and MD of MLS. Ensure that the teams/department meet their financial objectives / fees budget. Work with the Quality Auditor to monitor standards and consistency. Highlight and deliver training and assist in development needs of the nurse analysts. Support and work closely with HoD, Process Improvement Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director of MLS, evaluating the efficiency of pagination processes and improve in line with organisational objectives as and when needed. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Ensure that the nurse pagination teams remain compliant by conforming to established operational regulations. Assist the HoD with management and growth of the nurse pagination teams. Assist the HoD and MD of MLS with the external proposition. Promoting and assisting with implementation of evolving AI tools across the teams. The ideal candidate will have: Strong medico-legal experience. Minimum of 2 years’ as a nurse analyst. Experience of leading and managing effectively. Be highly motivated, organised, and proactive and have precise and high-level attention to detail. Display a high level of analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy. Successful project delivery. Proven successful track record of understanding business requirements and the key performance MI required to support ongoing business improvement & business continuity. Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
