An exciting opportunity has arisen within the WCCS Directorate for an individual based in the Directorate Office, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
We require a Personal Secretary / Administrator to join our team. This is a busy but rewarding post in a fast passed department.
You should have proven secretarial and administrative experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
You should have a robust knowledge of Microsoft packages.
You will require to be a flexible individual and have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
This post will be based within Victoria Hospital however, you may be required on occasion to work across all sites.
Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
