DACBeachcroft are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable data administrator to join our Clients & Markets team as a Platforms & Systems Coordinator. This role will be based in our centrally located Bristol office on a full-time, hybrid basis, with standard working hours being 9:00am - 17:00pm. The Marketing Operations, CRM & Platforms Coordinator is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team. The role provides key administrative co-ordination for the management of data within our CRM, Email Marketing and Relationship Intelligence tools. Day-to-day one of the main focus areas for this role will be performing data cleaning activities and monitoring data quality metrics. The role will support the users of our systems and will require working alongside various teams within Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider firm, as well as our trusted digital partners and agencies.
Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing marketing systems and data support for colleagues in Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider business.
* Monitor data quality and make corrective action where necessary.
* Report on data quality metrics and trends across our platforms.
* Work with internal teams to embed good practice with regard to general data processing and reporting.
* Consolidate information by merging duplicated data records.
* Assist in the process for archiving non-engaged contacts and prospect companies.
* Automate data corrections and updates where possible and streamline the cleansing/enhancement process.
* Suggest ideas for optimisation and improvement of the data fields and structures.
* Test the introduction of Add-Ins and new system features.
* Update system categories to improve reporting capabilities and improved segmentation of data.
* Provide support for colleagues and work in alignment with Team's goals.
* Ensure content and data uploaded to our systems is in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
* Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience of using spreadsheets, databases and online platforms, to populate good quality data through a variety of methods.
* Knowledge of the system/software lifecycle and basic data structures.
* Good organisational skills and a genuine interest in working with data, with a focus on user experience, and improving system metrics.
* Good interpersonal skills and be able to engage appropriately with colleagues in UK and international offices.
* Basic understanding of data cleaning techniques, and be willing to learn more advanced skills in Excel, and use visualisation tools to show evidence data trends.
* A sound understanding of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms.
* Willingness to learn how to use technology to automate and streamline the processing of data.
* Ability to deal with external suppliers in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
* Basic experience of using best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation.
