If yes, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Officer for our client, a prestigious London University. This assignment is full time, will run for six month and is offered on a hybrid working arrangement with at least two days a week on campus. As a TEL Officer, your role will support staff in the development of teaching & learning resources using a variety of TEL tools and platforms - managing the annual cycle of the production and delivery of TEL resources within the university. Your day-to-day duties will involve developing, testing and maintaining the teaching and learning resources for staff, academics and students. In addition, you will monitor trends and best practices. TEL Officer Key Responsibilities: Working with the Education Manager, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Lead and the Deputy Director (Education) to support the university’s TEL Strategy Supporting staff in the development of teaching & learning resources through the use a variety of TEL tools and platforms Managing the annual cycle of the production and delivery of TEL resources. To include set-up and support of online assessment Monitoring staff capabilities and facilitating training to enhance TEL skills Driving forwarding and supporting the e-learning innovations to improve user experience Assisting with other ad-hoc duties in order to support the use of TEL within the university such as supporting the production of university video content TEL Officer Key Skills: Experience within Higher Education with an excellent understanding of TEL Good communication skills - able to communicate effectively with staff and academics with the ability to explain complex topics Proactive with good organisation and time management skills Highly proficient IT skills - MS Office and university specific software, database and technologies associated with TEL If you are personable, proactive with a good work ethic and ready to engage in a role that supports TEL within Higher Education, please apply today While we aim to respond to every applicant, the volume of applications may result in delayed communication.
