You’ll be stepping into a Finance Business Partner role with a proper blend of commercial impact and technical ownership. It’s one of those roles where you’re close enough to the numbers to stay sharp, but what you do with them is what really matters. You’ll be the go-to person for making sense of margins, cost centres, and contract performance, helping senior leadership make smart decisions that drive better outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the month-end close for direct costs and overheads
* Delivering contract profitability analysis and cost challenge meetings
* Supporting annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term planning cycles
* Building financial models and dashboards with MI support
* Getting involved in new business pricing and tender support
* Acting as a sounding board to operational leaders and budget holders
This role will be ideal if:
* You’re a CIMA/ACCA finalist who’s hungry to qualify soon
* You’ve worked in industry, maybe in a finance analyst, management accountant or finance partnering role
* You know how to influence non-finance stakeholders and can spot opportunities to trim waste or boost performance
