Our Charity
P3 is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our values are that we innovate in our work. We're different, creative and like to think of new solutions. We are helpful in everything that we do. We're always friendly and approachable. We are passionate about people.
We believe that what we do can make a real and lasting difference. We are determined to tackle problems that others won't. We always go the extra mile and work with dedication and commitment. We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
The Role
Are you brilliant?
Are you creative?
Can you deliver?
If so…. you're the person we're looking for!
People Shaping P3 is enabling and encouraging the involvement from people who use our services to help shape and influence what we do.
We collect peer feedback from our local services, helping us recruit new staff, utilise Mystery Shopping in our services and support people to take a seat on our People's Board. By becoming involved in People Shaping P3, people can build their confidence and skills.
Everything we do as a charity is steered and influenced by the experts (the people we support) and they help shape us.
We are looking for someone to support the people who use our services to shape, improve and approve the delivery of our strategy, and encourage people across P3 to get involved.
