We have a rare opening for a confident, organised and commercially aware Warranty Administrator to join our team in Marlborough. Whether you’ve worked in a service admin environment, handled warranty processes, or you're a Technician ready to step away from the tools – this role offers genuine variety and the chance to build something better. Duties: Full training is provided, but your responsibilities will include: Submitting and tracking warranty claims with our partner machinery suppliers. Working alongside our Service Managers to coach on best practices and drive improvements Managing warranty credits and policy/goodwill claim requests Taking responsibility for warranty stores across multiple depot locations Running product recall campaigns and ensuring follow-up actions are taken Supporting warranty audits and maintaining accurate, auditable claim records Travelling to other depots on occasion to support, review and train local teams Hours: This is a site based role. 39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri - 08:00-16:00 There may be the possibility for the successful applicant to be based from one of our other local depots if preferred, depending on experience. Requirements: Previous experience in warranty admin, service coordination or a similar process-driven role Good mechanical understanding, or a relevant background in Agriculture, Groundcare or Construction sectors Strong communication skills – able to challenge, coach and collaborate with both suppliers and internal teams Comfortable working independently, with solid time management and prioritisation skills Due to the nature of the role applicants must have a high level of numeracy and be IT confident, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office A full UK driving licence is required due to occasional travel across depots Benefits: We are proud to be part of the wider, family run T H White group.
