Family Legal Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Family Legal Assistant to join a leading practice on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the fee earners by performing a variety of administrative and legal tasks.
Day to Day of the role:
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with updates and responding to inquiries.
* Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
* Maintain and organize case files to ensure accuracy and timely filing of documents.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for Solicitors.
* Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation.
* Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably within family law.
* Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
* Capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
