Overview
Join our team in a dynamic non-regulated employee benefits support role, where you'll deliver timely and accurate assistance to Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Management. You'll support their work with corporate and personal protection clients, involving regular client interactions and coordination with the administration team.
Your role often involves serving as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience by providing professional, high-quality service that exceeds expectations of internal and external clients, colleagues, and third parties.
Responsibilities
1. Support new business and renewals in conjunction with relevant teams.
2. Respond promptly to client needs, aiming to exceed their expectations.
3. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of protection products.
4. Provide proactive support to Consultants and Management.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Assist with application processing and policy implementation.
7. Support clients via phone/in person, handling inquiries and correspondence.
8. Prepare and finalize client reports.
9. Monitor income and manage client budgets.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
11. Ensure compliance with firm procedures, laws, and regulations.
12. Manage diaries and deadlines efficiently.
13. Follow internal policies, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
About You
Technical Knowledge
* Good understanding of protection products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
* Committed to treating customers fairly.
Experience
* Experience in financial services or related administration roles.
* Strong customer service and relationship skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail.
* Client-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
