Clinical Lead and Team Manager (Independent Living Service), Bolton
Contract: Permanent
Essential Requirements: Current Valid Full Driving Licence, Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
The Role:
This is a key role within the Independent Living Service that has come available due to the reduction in hours with the existing post holder. The role involves managing staff within the service to deliver the highest standard of assessment, care, and treatment to promote people’s independence and safety while ensuring processes and systems are developed to support operational practice, meeting the required performance targets in line with national requirements, local strategies, and objectives.
About You:
You must be an experienced Occupational Therapist who has a minimum of 3 years post qualifying practice, with experience of working in the community, managing and/or supervising staff. You will have a sound knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Housing and Regeneration Act. You must be confident in your clinical reasoning and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
