Fleet Customer Service Advisor
Here at Manpower we have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service focused individual to join our clients teams. Our client is a reputable, well establish company based within the Automotive sector.
We're looking for people that can support in the delivery of excellent customer service each and every time. You may be delivering this service through email or on the phone so we need someone that's comfortable with all communication methods with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
2. Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
3. Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated.
4. Liaison between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details
5. Payment of supplier vehicle invoices
6. Responding on email/admin queries and using outbound calls as a 'one and done' to get the right customer outcomes
7. Taking responsibility for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
8. Ensure clarity and understanding of a customer's requirement by providing proactive customer service, with excellent industry and product knowledge.
9. Monitoring, diarising and completing daily administration tasks.
Skills & Experience:
10. Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
11. Sense of urgency and motivated to respond swiftly
12. PC Literate
13. Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities
14. Strong customer service focus is essential
15. An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
16. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both verbally and written.
17. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
This is a 3 Month Contract starting as soon as possible!
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm based in the office, located in Milton Keynes.
£12.75 per hour.
