Schedule: Full-Time Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission) What your day will look like: Performance Monitoring and Coaching : Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets. Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries Customer Interaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively. Inventory and Product Knowledge : Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.
