Digital Marketing Exec– Near Southend-on-Sea I am currently working with an award-winning Ecommerce company near Southend-on-Sea who are seeking a Digital Marketing Exec to come and join their evolving team. They are seeking an driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their team and creative digital campaigns to drive their online presence, engage their audience, and support revenue growth through a variety of digital channels. The Digital Marketing Exec will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and PPC. As well as manage and grow the social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring engagement metrics, and implementing best practices. You will also develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization to improve open and click-through rates. They will assist in improving organic and paid search performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing adjustments to improve rankings and visibility whilst collaborating with content creators and designers to produce digital content. They are looking for someone who can Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy. The digital marketing exec will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital platforms to help define target audience segments and tailor campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Experience with major digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.). Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and keyword research tools Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
