Lead Engineer FM
Wates FM is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to step into the role of Lead Engineer, leading the Engineering service to deliver excellence and sustainable hard M&E maintenance for our client, Mercedes.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. In this role, you'll take the reins in delivering top-tier hard M&E services, ensuring customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
2. Armed with your up-to-date qualifications and experience, you'll oversee multiple projects and priorities with finesse, addressing day-to-day maintenance issues directly when needed.
3. Holding certificates like IOSH or NEBOSH and additional health and safety training will give you an edge.
4. Support the TSM in providing first response to Emergency reactive works that arise on site.
5. Support the TSM in co-ordinating and completing planned and reactive maintenance.
6. Audit planned and reactive maintenance to ensure works are being completed in line with requirements reporting to TSM.
7. Success in this role hinges on your ability to respond adeptly to and work to resolve unplanned reactive works, manage subcontractors and suppliers and support delivery of extra works and projects - all while maintaining impeccable standards. Your knack for organisation and flexibility, coupled with your talent for fostering strong client relationships, will set you apart.
