Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Development Officer to develop, test, and maintain HR and OD systems.
* Assist in the integration of new systems and provide training to users to ensure effective utilization.
* Support the Programme Manager in planning and implementing services to meet operational requirements.
* Configure and maintain system modules, ensuring all interfaces operate with integrity.
* Resolve system faults and manage software testing and release coordination.
* Develop specifications for functionality enhancements to be carried out by external suppliers.
* Act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with report development and effective communication.
* Assist in managing relevant budgets and ensuring accurate financial records are kept.
* Support performance management initiatives by maintaining reporting systems and monitoring team performance.
