The kitchen team is looking for a Commis Chef to join its passionate brigade. As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for supporting the team during service, to deliver food which is of the highest quality and in line with our company standards.

What are the key responsibilities of a Commis Chef?
11. Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
12. Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
13. Maintaining high health and safety standards
14. Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
15. Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
What are we looking for in a Commis Chef?
16. Have previous experience in a similar role in a four or five star hotel or fine dining restaurant
17. Have had some experience of running a section of the kitchen
18. Be able to work well under pressure
19. Be organised and keep the section clean and tidy while working
20. Have a good level of English
21. Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
