Job summary Healthcare Assistants Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the guidance of the qualified nurse and to have a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern current service provision. To assist in the development and provision of social/therapeutic activities for service users and the promotion of effective therapeutic relationships, which meet and address the issues of spirituality, equality and diversity in accordance with good practice and legislation.
