Move into Team leading within 12 months The Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated success in selling Microsoft Licensing (Azure CSP, M365, Dynamics). Proven ability to compete against major providers. A consistent history of meeting or exceeding £2 million ARR annually. Experience leading or mentoring small teams (3-4 members). In-depth knowledge of Microsofts licensing and ecosystem across public and private sectors in the upper midmarket to lower Enterprise space. Collaborative approach, working effectively with account managers and technical presales teams. Training and Progression: This role comes with structured onboarding and a clear path to leadership within 9-12 months. Gain exposure to a wide range of accounts and develop your career while managing significant revenue streams. Day-to-Day: Youll operate as a sales overlay, supporting six account managers to drive business growth. Engage directly with public and private sector accounts, optimize savings for clients, and actively win deals from Enterprise Agreement incumbents. Ramp up responsibilities in your first year with the support of a team targeting £20 million ARR collectively.
