Regional Sales Manager - Scotland
Our client is looking for experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This is a remote role which will include travel across Scotland.
The business specialises in selling & hiring equipment to the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve target hire revenues while ensuring adherence to pricing policies.
* Identify and develop both new and existing accounts and revenue streams with key target customers and prospects.
* Ensure all agreed customer service levels and performance standards are met.
* Manage and resolve any related queries or disputes.
* Identify and cultivate sustainable relationships with key customers and prospects within the rail sector.
* Effectively manage the existing customer base to maintain a positive customer experience.
* Ensure all offered solutions align with required company standards.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven sales experience within the rail sector
* Familiarity with CP5 contractor base and RRV plant operators.
* Hands-on approach with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude, remaining calm under pressure.
* Self-sufficient, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maximize revenue and profit through proactive customer management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
