Group Head Chef / Executive Head Chef Wanted
Join a small established fresh food restaurant group with a few locations. Salary is negotiable, circa £50k-£55k Base Level.
This role is NOT the norm. Our client is committed to finding a highly skilled, professional Exec Chef for well-reviewed, established restaurants. The food is not fine dining, but rather elegant casual.
The plan is to attract talent that aligns with the Directors' ethos, someone who can be central to the long-term strategy of the business. You will work closely with a group of successful Director entrepreneurs who are well-financed and bring calm, consistent decision-making and proven commercial acumen.
We seek a professional, diligent, and skilled Group Head Chef / Executive Head Chef with experience in leading high-quality kitchens. The Directors want a successful and proven entrepreneurial Group Head Chef / Executive Head Chef with a track record of building significant businesses over the long term.
This is a hands-on Group Executive Head Chef role, leading a team from the front. It suits someone looking to break free from current company constraints and excel in their next move. You will have autonomy over menu strategy and suppliers, with the space to innovate.
The client aims to secure someone for the long term, offering a base salary of circa £50k-£55k.
Open to candidates from high-quality restaurant or gastro pub backgrounds, you must have worked at a senior Head Chef level for a minimum of 5 years.
This Group Executive Chef role is not for everyone. It targets Head Chefs who are weary of corporate constraints and the daily tick box exercises. It's for those who know there is more to running a restaurant than just managing shifts and who want their guests to truly matter. Most importantly, it’s for Head Chefs who do not want to lose their passion due to a lack of opportunities in their current role.
