The role is primarily based at Farnworth Town Hall. You will work closely with Managers, Health Professionals and Social Workers and link with other members of the Admin team. Working with partner agencies to create an environment where multi-agency practice is strong. You will join a committed team who are proud of the service they deliver to achieve their potential. The administrator is key to ensuring the smooth running of services and the role is exciting and varied. The main duties are set out below: You will undertake general admin duties that include: arranging and setting up meetings and events attending meetings and taking notes ordering specified goods and services assisting with petty cash About You You will have experience of working in an administrative capacity and/or in an office environment. You will demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and under your own supervision. You should be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills, with the ability to plan, develop and prioritise your work. You must possess excellent literacy skills to ensure correct information is collated and processed and be proficient in the use of packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
