This is a full-time position for a Sales Assistant at Iliad Group. The Event Sales Advisor will be responsible for promoting client products, generating leads at events, and maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand customers needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
Sales Skills, including lead generation and closing deals
Training Experience, especially in sales techniques
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience in event sales or marketing is a plus
