Providing advice to junior and senior staff : Offering guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees at all levels. Handling employee cases : Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. Supporting talent development : Implementing and overseeing programs that promote employee growth and development. Ensuring compliance with best practices : Ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practices. This role will include ER Cases to be picked up quickly What do you need? The candidate will need to hit the ground running and be able to pick things up quickly due to a vacancy in the team. There is potential for a permanent role to be opened up. The candidate could be eligible for the permanent role if desired. Experience working with a shared service team Previous experience using workday would be advantageous
