Job summary Proposed interview date - Thursday 05/06 Reporting to Senior Communications Manager, BRC, the post-holder will provide effective and professional support for the development and implementation of the BRC's Events, Marketing and Engagement Strategy. The post-holder will lead on the design and implementation of events, marketing and social media campaigns working closely with the BRC Senior Communications Manager. Main duties of the job Duties will include market research; report writing; undertaking user surveys; organisation of conferences/events both in person and online and consultations. The post-holder will need strong negotiation and influencing skills in engaging with a range of internal audiences and external stakeholders, where cooperation and agreement is needed on key projects. This would include working with the Senior Business Development Manager to engage industry, as well asbeing an advocate for public involvement in translational biomedical research through collaboration with other relevant groups and initiatives.
