A temporary role for up to 12 months as a Campaigns Assistant has become available, working with the Corporate Communications team to drive maximum participation and engagement in the Council’s arts and leisure activities.
The Campaigns Coordinator carries out a range of activities including analysing data from digital platforms, assisting with the creation of content for marketing and PR activity, supporting digital customer service, monitoring digital platforms (social media and websites), and assisting with other communications platforms and tools that support attendance, bookings, increase membership, ticket sales, and audience engagement.
Responsible to the Campaigns Team Leader (Arts and Leisure), you should have an SVQ2/Higher/National 5 or equivalent with relevant experience of working in a communications environment delivering campaigns, marketing, PR or digital functions. With excellent verbal, written, and IT skills, you should have a good understanding of creating and scheduling content for social media channels and operating CMS for websites.
You will be joining a vibrant team that work a hybrid model of office/site based at the Civic Centre, Motherwell and homeworking.
