Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities for the Authority’s surface property, excluding shafts and tips. Manage lease renewals, valuations, covenants, and property-related risks, ensuring best-value outcomes. Provide expert property advice to internal teams, helping to shape decisions on land use and development.
