Role Overview
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pets while leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals. You will be part of a supportive and friendly environment, where clinical excellence is the top priority.
Up to £65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
* Provide excellent clinical care to a variety of animals, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
* Ensure the efficient running of the practice, including managing workflows and supporting junior staff
* Promote a positive, supportive working environment for all team members
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering advice and updates on animal health
* Stay up to date with current veterinary practices and support continuous learning
About You:
* A qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care
* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
* Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship
* An interest in further developing clinical skills and specializations
Package & Benefits:
* Salary: Up to £65,000 per year, based on experience
