The role offers an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest standard of service. As the first point of contact for customers and supplying partners, you will handle queries across various platforms, allocate rental reservations, and manage service issues to resolution. You will also process invoicing, manage daily reports, and support the on boarding of new customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
