A progressive practice client of mine, situated in Kent, is now looking to onboard an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying division.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing and innovative practice, with continuous training and growth routes.

Role and Responsibilities
The appointed Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to the administration of contracts, addressing dilapidation matters, managing party wall issues, and conducting acquisition surveys.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work with a variety of client and property types across the residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and remediation sectors.
Person Specification
1. MRICS qualified (Not essential)
2. RICS accredited degree (Essential)
3. A construction-focused background, with public sector experience
4. Well-rounded service line knowledge
