Retail Standards & Trading Associate
We have an Executive Placement role within the Buyer Success team. As part of the Buyer Success team, you will:
* Help track and improve the delivery experience for eBay buyers by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and supporting timely resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Research competitor fulfilment strategies and emerging trends to recommend solutions that provide a best-in-class delivery experience for buyers.
* Support the implementation of shipping initiatives that enhance buyer satisfaction, including preparing updates, data analysis and Product consultation.
* Work closely with category managers to drive seller participation in our incentives programme.
* Upskill and engage category managers to drive better standards through our incentives.
* Lead on delivering a retail moment which will provide the opportunity to develop project management skills.

What we are looking for:
* Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between September 2026 and September 2027.
* Available to complete a full-time placement starting during September 2025 until the Summer of 2026 (exact dates TBC).
* On track to receive a 2:1 or above in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
* Excellent social skills.
* A bias for action.
* A customer first mindset.
* Demonstrates a keen interest in e-commerce through buying and selling on diverse online platforms.
* Passion and curiosity.
* Flexibility to navigate a constantly evolving ecommerce landscape.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to build phenomenal relationships.
* A good use of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* A data savvy approach.
