Brook Street recruitment is working on currently working on behalf of our client in Ballymena who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Groupage Administrator to join their busy team
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Groupage Team to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company`s vehicles across the UK and Ireland, whilst liaising with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Helping to assist in the planning of daily work schedule and routing for drivers
2. Preparing electronic manifests & paperwork for drivers and/or sub-contractors.
3. Liaise with customers and provide updates as required.
4. Inputting data on to our Transport Management System.
5. General Administrative Tasks.
Essential Criteria:
6. Groupage Transport Planning Experience.
7. Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
8. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 3.00pm
